Katrina is guest curator for the Newlyn Society of Artists’ spring show, which she has given the title ‘Where the line / breaks’. Katrina has also also received a commission to write a poem for the exhibition.

Katrina will be reading her commissioned poem on 14 April 2.20 pm at Tremenheere Sculpture Gardens, Penzance. She will also talk about the process of a poet being a guest curator for a visual art exhibition, and how she approached writing the commissioned poem. The NSA show opens on Fri 29 March 2024 and runs until Sun 21 April 11 to 4.30 (closed Mon, except Easter Mon).

Katrina is interested in the intersection of different creative forms and frequently works with other artists. She is currently collaborating with a dancer/choreographer.

Her new collection, Battery Rocks, will be published by Seren in July 2024.
